Most every order placed by 3PM PST ships that very day!

We ship all orders via UPS Ground, however you can choose other shipping options when checking out, including Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping.

If you need a Saturday delivery you must contact us to confirm it will arrive on time. 866-746-7383

UPS is generally 100% on time, but life isn't 100% perfect and your package may be delayed, due to acts of God, weather conditions and other natural phenomenon.

If you absolutely need your order the next day you must contact us to ensure the availability of the items and get the tracking number. 562-704-7878

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

You have 10 Business days from the date UPS delivers your package to return it to our San Francisco location to receive a refund to your credit card, afterwhich you will recieve a store credit.

BossMack Streetwear does not pay for return shipping fees.

EXCHANGES Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.

We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know.

BossMack Streetwear is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Due is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10 day return policy.

Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale items may only be returned for merchandise credit. No refunds will be given past the 10 day return policy. Online credit will not be given past 21 days.

Undergarments, skin care and seasonal items such as holiday tees and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.

Store Credits

If you return your merchandise past the 10 day window you will receive an online credit good for online merchandise only. Once we process your return we will email you your credit code which is for merchandise only. You can not use your online credit towards shipping costs.

Tracking an Order

Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS http://www.ups.com to track your order.

Sales Tax

8.5% sales tax applies to California customers only.

Transfer of Risk and Title

When you order an item at bossmackstreetwear.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event UPS looses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve.

International Shipping



We ship All International Orders by United Parcel Service The UNITED PARCEL SERVICE is our primary method of shipping in the United States. International orders including Canada and Overseas are shipped by UPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the reciever. We will ship to FPO and APOs via USPS.

BOSSMACK STREETWEAR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 – 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. We also ship, Next Day Air by UPS, Priced by weight, plus a $30.00 RUSH Fee providing the item(s) is in stock.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is a rough estimate and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.
